The room was confortable and a design style.

There were no street lights during the night. We were scared to get the hotel. The breakfast was only some juice, jam, coffee and omellete. You could not choose anything else.

The room next to the reception is not good. You hear the last guest comming in and the first going out. And a lot of times the bell rings. Staff does not speak good english. Breakfast is simple.

The hotel has a very bad impresion when you enter to the complex but the rooms are O.k the staff try to help but their english is very basic.

Located near Severyanin restaurant and the city center, this hotel is close to three tube stations. The rooms are cozy with good heating. However, thin walls make it easy to hear neighbors. Free fast Wi-Fi is a plus, as well as a handy cooler in the corridor. The reception is warm and English speaking staff is helpful.

The hotel has poor housekeeping with unclean bathrooms and no towel changes.

Hotel room is nice, clean, new. Situated in 2 mins walk from Metro Station. Staffs are nice and helpful. Room equipted with everything. But, you have to go through 3 gates/doors to get through to your room. But it is okay.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially with the prices being so reasonable. The attention to detail is apparent throughout, from the thoughtful gesture of providing a bottle of wine and fruit basket for our honeymoon, to the quirky and boutique decor of the rooms. Additionally, the hotel's location near the city center and the tube station is highly convenient.

Minor improvements could be made to the breakfast, but overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant.

The room is next to the reception and so you hear the noise of the reception and the bell whenever someone entered the hotel. Breakfast is very very weak, the front desk staff is friendly but not an English speaker

Pleasingly surprising, very high standard and quality. We were amazed! Spacious, card-opened rooms, perfectly clean, electric pot available in the hall, for request - iron. Wifi available for free. Good breakfasts. Very kind and helpful service. Fantastic localization to go for walk around the centre or travel further by tube. Basically, it's perfect for low budget duty travels or tourist purposes. I surely will come back if I have a chance.
